From this perspective every process is unique, and it matters who is there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus here is on the process itself, it's not about reaching a particular destination or goal. It is about the journey, and how the compass looks, how the collective navigating takes shape and also how this maybe stretches, turns and changes how we navigate 'outside' of the process. Sometimes it might be about practising things that have been dormant for years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An important part to this is co-creation. A process is therefore not pre-determined by me, but takes form during the process itself. My role in this is to facilitate, to strive towards enabling (again through co-creation) spaces for open dialogue, for reflection and for question-asking, and above all to listen. To help with this I can bring in a variety of tools, which in themselves are not solutions. They can help us experiment with thoughts and feelings, with time and space, but they manifest themselves through who and how we show up, and how we engage with ourselves and others. Which voices  can be heard, and which ones are missing? Sometimes other voices can help to create space enough to shake foundations and question assumptions. By bringing in other voices, \"who is in the room\" can to some extent become expanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same way that it matters that you in particular are part of a process, I want to consciously share with you a little of what I am aware of in my own way of relating to this. How I navigate, partly consciously, but also subconsciously, shapes how I facilitate. Despite growing up and continuing to exist on many levels, in social structures and cultures that ground themselves in dualistic world views, I am curious about ways in which I can nurture a more relational way of seeing, being and becoming with the World.
